You got into this work to help people, not manage software. Whether you're a solo practitioner or running a growing practice, we help you build the operational infrastructure that gets out of the way so you can focus on your clients.
Therapists and practice leaders feel it every day. The software doesn't match the reality of clinical work. It was designed around billing cycles and compliance checkboxes, not around what actually happens between a therapist and a client.
"If you could make one thing disappear from your practice tomorrow, what would it be?" The answer is almost always the same: that gap between when someone reaches out and when they finally get to sit with someone who can help them
EHRs that do not talk to CRMs. Scheduling tools that do not sync with billing. Five different platforms holding five different versions of the same client record, and no one knows which one is the source of truth.
Therapists resist workflow disruption for good reason. Most tech rollouts fail because they are designed around the system's logic, not the clinician's actual day. Change management in a clinical environment is significantly harder than most tech contexts.
Compliance is treated as a checkbox rather than a design principle. When systems are not built HIPAA-compliant from the ground up, every integration becomes a liability and every audit becomes a scramble.
Practice leaders making decisions without reliable data. Admissions numbers that do not match census. Conversion funnels no one tracks. The data exists somewhere, but no one has built the infrastructure to surface it clearly.
Behavioral health group practices are run by skilled, dedicated clinicians who built their practices around the quality of care they deliver. But the technology infrastructure meant to support that work has rarely been designed with clinical reality in mind. The gap between how systems are built and how clinicians actually work is where most practices lose time, money, and operational clarity.
Attuned Solutions was founded to close that gap, bringing together deep clinical experience and healthcare systems expertise to give behavioral health practices access to the kind of technology strategy that has historically been out of reach for smaller organizations.
Ashley Anderson is a licensed clinical social worker, psychedelic assisted therapy provider, and Co-Founder of Eating Disorder Recovery Specialists, a nationwide behavioral health organization she has helped build since 2013, and Chief Information Officer at Well Behavioral Health.
Her career began in direct clinical practice at Hazelden Foundation, providing individual and group psychotherapy across outpatient, intensive outpatient, and residential settings. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and an MSW from NYU. Over the past 13+ years she has worked in parallel as a technology strategist, leading projects including a five-domain Google Workspace consolidation, Salesforce CRM implementation for multi-provider behavioral health operations, executive admissions dashboards, and HIPAA-compliant systems architecture across multiple entities.
Consulting and implementation services designed specifically for behavioral health group practices. Every engagement is built around your clinical reality, not a generic playbook.
Translating messy tech stacks into sane, governed, documented infrastructure. Think of it as having a CIO-level strategist on call without the full-time salary, someone who understands both the clinical workflow and the systems underneath it.
Compliance built into the architecture from day one, not bolted on after the fact. Designing infrastructure where data governance, access rules, BAAs, and audit trails are structural, not aspirational.
Full Google Workspace administration including domain consolidation, user management, org structure, and shared drive governance. Built from direct experience leading a five-domain consolidation across a multi-entity behavioral health organization.
Salesforce implementation and CRM strategy purpose-built for multi-provider behavioral health practices. Data modeling, operational pipelines, custom objects, and workflow alignment designed around how admissions and clinical operations actually function.
Executive dashboard builds for behavioral health leadership. Admissions data, census, operational metrics, capacity planning, and KPI tracking designed so practice leaders can make decisions based on numbers they actually trust.
A packaged operational setup covering the full clinical workflow: intake through scheduling, EHR configuration, billing alignment, reporting, and staff dashboards. Implementation kits with templates, naming conventions, SOPs, and automation blueprints included.
Most technology consultants understand software. Attuned also understands therapy. That combination means you get systems designed around the way clinical work actually happens, not just the way tech people think it should
Decisions start with real clinical constraints: full schedules, limited charting windows, and high cognitive load.
Ashley translates clinical workflows into clear system requirements and technical choices into clinical impact.
HIPAA is built into the architecture from day one with structured access, audit trails, and governance.
Before changes ship, we map downstream effects so one update does not break five connected workflows.
Not theoretical consulting. This is field-tested inside a live behavioral health organization.
AI handles admin burden, not clinical judgment: faster documentation, smarter intake routing, and fewer repetitive tasks.
Every engagement follows a structured process designed to deliver clear outcomes without unnecessary complexity.
A focused, no-cost diagnostic session about your practice: where your intake process breaks, what tools your team hates, and where data stops being trustworthy. Not a sales pitch.
A thorough evaluation of your tech stack, workflows, data flows, and compliance posture. You receive a documented assessment with prioritized findings you can act on with or without us.
No open-ended retainers that drift. A fixed-scope engagement with a clear deliverable, timeline, and price, built around your team's capacity and your practice's clinical reality.
Hands-on system setup, configuration, training, and change management. Everything documented as we go so your team can own it long-term.
Complete documentation, SOPs, and a clear handoff. No vendor lock-in, no artificial dependency. Your team owns the system when we are done.
Whether you are dealing with a specific systems problem or need a comprehensive technology strategy, the first step is a conversation. No pitch, no pressure. Just a focused discussion about where your practice is, where it needs to go, and whether Attuned Solutions is the right fit.
Tell us about your practice and what you are working through. We will get back to you within one business day.
